      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales goals by developing and executing strategic business plans tailored to the nephrology market
      - Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify opportunities and optimize customer engagement
      - Establish and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders and key decision-makers
      - Communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information effectively to stakeholders
      - Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in nephrology
      - In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry may be considered
      - Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge is essential
      - Demonstrated success in larger, complex territories with various account types
      - Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to nephrologists
      - Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
