      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed established sales and territory objectives through strategic business plans tailored to the ophthalmology market
      - Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify synergistic opportunities and optimize customer engagement
      - Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in ophthalmology
      - Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge to effectively communicate complex information
      - Present professional sales presentations at customer meetings and conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in ophthalmology
      - In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, consider an associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or 10+ years of proven pharmaceutical or industry equivalent experience in ophthalmology
      - Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge is required
      - Experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to ophthalmologists or retina specialists
      - Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%
