What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate multidisciplinary improvement teams and manage project milestones using project management best practices
- Analyze performance opportunities across various operational and clinical processes to identify actionable improvements
- Streamline clinical and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and outcomes
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff, providers, and leaders to ensure effective implementation of improvement initiatives
- Document methodologies and work products to support knowledge transfer and ongoing analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare Related Field (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Required)
- Strong skills in relationship building, critical thinking, and independent work
- Experience with project management methodologies, particularly the Waterfall Model
- Ability to lead others and facilitate change effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a Healthcare Related Field
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or with operational improvement projects
- Familiarity with clinical and administrative systems for data analysis
- Proven track record of achieving project outcomes and goals
- Experience in developing educational content and training programs
