What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects to meet milestones through effective project management and relationship management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Required)
- Strong skills in building relationships and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and lead others
- Familiarity with the Waterfall Model in project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing educational content
- Proven track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary improvement teams
