      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist beneficiaries in selecting the appropriate health insurance coverage based on their individual needs
      - Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the health insurance decision-making process
      - Navigate multiple systems and applications while communicating with clients
      - Make manual outbound calls to follow up on leads when necessary
      - Maintain compliance with CMS and TCPA requirements during all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must maintain residency and live within the United States
      - Minimum of 12 months of proven Medicare Insurance Sales experience or 24 months of experience selling other insurance products
      - AHIP Certification for 2026 is required
      - Minimum of 5 active Health Licenses prior to contracting, with the ability to acquire 10-15 Health Licenses
      - Strong technology skills to navigate between multiple systems efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current appointment with Medicare carriers and ability to become reappointed
      - Proven ability to handle inbound telephonic leads effectively
      - Experience working in a regulated insurance environment
