      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist beneficiaries in selecting the right health insurance coverage based on their individual needs
      - Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the insurance decision-making process
      - Navigate between multiple systems and applications to effectively assist clients
      - Make manual outbound calls to follow up on pipelined leads as needed
      - Maintain compliance with CMS and TCPA requirements during all communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must maintain residency and live within the United States
      - Minimum of 12 months of Medicare Insurance Sales experience as an Independent agent or 24 months of experience selling insurance products
      - AHIP Certified for 2026
      - Required to have a minimum of 5 active Health Licenses prior to contracting, with the ability to acquire 10-15 licenses
      - Must own a compatible device that meets specified technological requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with multiple insurance products including ACA, Final Expense, Annuities, or Life Insurance
      - Proven ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity and customer focus
      - Strong technology skills and proficiency in navigating various computer applications
