What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quote prospects while selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
- Follow up with members and insureds and prospect for new business opportunities
- Inspect documentation and resolve membership and insurance issues using discretion
- Identify cross-selling opportunities while multi-tasking effectively
- Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must attend in-person training in Independence, OH
- Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
- Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to building a profitable business
