What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quote prospects while selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
- Follow up with members and insureds, and prospect for new business
- Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance issues
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
- Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with computers and strong organizational skills
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to qualify for Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to building a profitable business
- Prior insurance industry experience is a plus
