What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
- Follow up with members and insureds, while prospecting for new business
- Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion
- Multi-task and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales
- Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
- Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer experience and organizational skills
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License
- Prior insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
