      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects primarily via phone, close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)

      - Maintain minimum quality expectations and timely follow-up on the active prospect list
      - Collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance continuously
      - Understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 0-3 years of sales experience
      - Ability to type 30+ words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Motivation and desire to control income through commission-driven sales
