What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell college admissions coaching to prospective clients, all leads provided
- Offer initial college guidance and expertise in selective admissions
- Assist clients in understanding the employer's offerings through a consultative process
- Maintain sales information for a full pipeline of qualified leads in the CRM
- Achieve or exceed conversion targets and revenue goals aligned with corporate OKRs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from a selective institution; advanced degrees are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Availability to work during evening hours and one weekend day per week as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in college admissions, high-end consumer services sales, and/or professional services sales
- A reputation for being authentic and building rapport in social settings
