What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect potential customers through cold calling, email, and other communication methods to build a sales pipeline
- Update the customer database regularly to maintain accurate client information for the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities within your specific geography
- Report on key performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to track sales goals
- Assess and forward qualified leads to inbound sales representatives for conversion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a mentor consistently
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license
- Minimum of two years of previous sales experience
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
