- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
- Complete a rigorous certification program to earn the title of Certified Debt Specialist
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Motivated individual with a proven track record in sales
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Prior sales experience is required
- Experience in financial services is a plus
- Ability to exceed quotas and drive performance

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients
