What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to incoming calls, minimizing wait times for prospects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field

- Excellent writing and spelling skills in English for accurate documentation
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute or greater with high accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and apply logic and common sense to problem-solving
