What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for operational challenges
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for self-service analytics
- Build relationships with business partners to identify reporting needs and map processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Provide support and training for dashboard users, documenting best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience translating data into business insights and actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in dashboards and visualizations, preferably with Tableau or similar BI platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Technical skills in data handling, including SQL queries and Excel
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced experience in Tableau, including design and interactivity features
- Background in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL, data modeling, or modern data warehousing concepts
- Experience in process improvement or agile project delivery
- Knowledge of supporting or training users in BI solutions
