      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage in extensive field travel to visit agent offices, delivering insightful reports and training
      - Lead and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow agency partnerships, driving premium growth
      - Establish and track sales goals, performance metrics, and incentive programs
      - Cultivate strong relationships with independent agents and brokers, providing sales support and product knowledge
      - Stay informed of P&C insurance trends and maintain relationships with industry leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of sales experience at a property and casualty insurance company or agency, preferably with a focus on homeowners/coastal property
      - Deep understanding of the P&C market, competitive landscape, and underwriting considerations
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Strong communication skills, both in person and through various media
      - Ability to perform detailed tasks while maintaining focus and attention

      - Experience with coastal property insurance dynamics
      - Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the insurance industry
