- Responsible for office space planning, floor plans, and furniture diagrams and specifications for new and existing support facilities that involve furnishings
- Developing office environment by working with internal customers to collect data to support overall outcomes, defining design requirements and layouts as needed for new support facilities and special projects
- Communicating with involved parties throughout each project’s life cycle
- Responsible for managing a systematic, comprehensive approach to the office environmental design for Publix support facilities
- Interact with furniture distributer specifiers/designers to coordinate design and ensure Publix requirements are met
- Associate's Degree in Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD) or equivalent experience and
- Three years experience in commercial furniture design, specializing in modular furniture design, and office layouts, utilizing AutoCAD (and/or Revit) and furniture design drawing and specification software and
- Three years experience with architectural design and cross disciplinary experience and
- One year project management experience with experience in move management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with the following computer programs: CAP2020, Photoshop, and CET Commercial Design with Project Matrix
• Five years experience in commercial furniture design, specializing in modular furniture design, and office layouts, utilizing AutoCAD and furniture design drawing and specification software
• Experience with the following computer programs: CAP2020, Photoshop, and CET Commercial Design with Project Matrix
