      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support IT Patient Systems within the Revenue Cycle, focusing on applications like Professional Billing and Claims
      - Build, test, and maintain assigned system applications, ensuring system integrity and operational needs are met
      - Analyze and troubleshoot reported system issues, collecting and reporting data related to findings
      - Collaborate with team members and software vendors to facilitate process improvements and implement best practices
      - Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts while attaining necessary certifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or related field with 1 year of IT or clinical/operational experience; or
      - Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or related field with 3 years of IT or clinical/operational experience; or
      - Associate's degree in clinical, healthcare, business, IT, or related field with 5 years of IT or clinical/operational experience; or
      - High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of IT or clinical/operational experience
      - Required Certification: Epic Resolute Professional Billing – SBO (must be certified or obtain certification within 3 months)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare-related IT systems or operational roles
      - Familiarity with system change control procedures and documentation practices
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Previous mentoring or leadership experience with junior staff
