  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement next-generation audit practices for a global internal audit function
  - Execute information technology and security-related audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
  - Create audit reports assessing the effectiveness of internal control structures for executive audiences
  - Manage and support internal audit staff while conducting ad-hoc investigations and reviews
  - Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business unit management across all levels
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6+ years of experience in internal audit with a focus on technology and information security
  - 1+ year of experience in an internal auditing manager position
  - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, accounting, or related fields
  - Excellent understanding of cloud-based technology and software/application development lifecycle
  - Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Professional Internal Audit / IT / Security qualification (e.g., CISA, CFE)
  - Familiarity with international regulatory requirements related to IT and security
  - Understanding of the crypto and financial services industry, particularly in auditing information systems
  - Experience working in a rapidly growing start-up environment
  - Ability to work across functions and time zones
