      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
      - 3 years of experience in actuarial analysis
      - Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, arrays, and data analysis tools
      - Strong project management skills
      - Compliance with professional standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field
      - Experience in managing actuarial reporting consolidation projects
      - Ability to review non-US pension and post-retirement medical benefits disclosure results
      - Knowledge of VBA for actuarial calculations
