      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and report on customer activity to identify potentially illegal or suspicious actions
      - Conduct reviews of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and related documentation
      - Perform quality control checks on investigations and transaction monitoring alerts
      - Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding suspicious activities
      - Provide training and feedback to investigators and assist with process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in investigations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF)
      - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills to manage and interpret complex data sets
      - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
      - Capacity to thrive in a remote working environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional compliance qualification and membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., ACAMS)
      - Knowledge of virtual currencies in the context of AML/CTF
      - Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools
      - Experience in quality control or quality assurance
      - Previous experience as an MLRO or delegate
