Internship - Finance Direction support & automation of financial processes (ABSCA)

Job Description

- Development of automation models in Excel with VBA, and export of financial data with Python ;
- Objectives: automate monthly reporting and develop an automatic consolidation model by Business Unit (reprocessing of ICOs not supported by the consolidation tool), monthly management control data crunching, exports from Cegid Loop and AX to Cognos Controller ;
- Automate payment factory middle office controls: checks on counterparties (suppliers), IBANs, amounts and fraud risks;
- Optimize the preparation and monthly monitoring of bank financing and investment activities (term deposits, OATs, Mark-to-Market bonds and BBG market rates vs. bank conditions), and intra-group activities (automated implementation of contracts and monitoring of amortization);
- Prepare and update budget tracking by project and company;
- Assist the finance team in the preparation and review of contracts, commitment letters, terms and conditions, preparation of POs and archiving of legal documents;
- Support the Compliance and Paralegal Manager in Compliance, KYC and regulatory reporting assignments (CBCR, FATCA, CRS);
- Assist the team with any other topical issues required as part of the internship assignment.
- Studies: Master 1 or 2 in Finance, Economics or Business in a French "Grande Ecole" or Belgian University;
- Languages: French, English.
