Assist in on-ground procurement planning in core production belts
Work with farmers, FPOs, traders, and packhouses for daily sourcing coordination.
Track and record arrival volumes, farm-gate prices, quality patterns, and crop conditions.
Facilitate quality assessment and grade-wise classification of fruits.
Support in logistics coordination, vehicle loading, and documentation.
Prepare daily MIS reports on trade volumes, price trends, and packhouse performance.
Contribute to building a sourcing playbook for the region.
Strong interest in agri supply chain / post-harvest operations.
Willingness to travel extensively or be based in rural belts during the season.
Good communication skills in Kannada + Hindi/English.
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
