Job Description

- Receive inquiries from financial advisors and coordinate responses related to the advisory platforms, supported advisory programs, and/or advisory accounts by working with internal groups to expedite the resolution of issues and provide a positive advisory platform experience
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to determine efficient and effective resolution
- Track and monitor multiple ongoing projects
- Facilitate accurate communication and data transfer with financial advisors, internal team members, and external vendors
- Create and maintain technical manuals and training sessions
- Work with advisors in a consultative capacity to assist with the adoption and use of advisory platforms. Partner with other internal groups and/or advisory product sponsors to support their efforts to close business that would utilize the advisory platforms
- Contribute to idea generation and positioning that solidify the advisory platform value proposition, accentuate our absolute and competitive strengths, and keep the advisory platforms at the industry’s leading edge
- Participate in projects regarding advisory platform enhancements, new functionality, and system and process improvements
- Suggest policies and system controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all GPS initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience working in the financial services industry
- License/registration requirements: Series 7 & 66 required
- Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management
- Knowledge of investment portfolio administration tools, systems, and processes
- Master’s degree or other relevant designations
- Knowledge of internal Cetera Financial Group systems
- Personal integrity, professionalism, and ambition; strong work ethic
- Superior client-service skills, including immediate problem resolution, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for a high-call volume environment
- Strong time management skills
- Proven quantitative skills; ability to work under strict deadlines with close attention to detail

This is a hybrid role, individuals must be located in El Segundo, San Deigo, Denver, Des Moines, St Cloud, or Schaumburg.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
