What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between IT, other departments, and vendor representatives for application-related efforts
- Install new releases and maintain existing applications while training users on application features
- Prioritize and implement requested changes to systems based on end-user preferences
- Review and test system updates by executing test plans/scripts for user acceptance
- Manage all assignments and ticketing efficiently while maintaining documentation for applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of IT experience if no degree is held
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Health care experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EPIC systems or similar healthcare applications
- Familiarity with ITIL processes related to application build and maintenance
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
