What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project management leadership and direction for large critical IT projects
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Support both Waterfall and Agile projects, filling Project Manager or Scrum Master roles as needed
- Develop and maintain complex project plans, assigning work to teams/individuals
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, or a Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience
- PMP certification required; CSM or similar Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Experience managing cybersecurity projects is a plus
- Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM tool is a plus
