  --- Project Description ---
  We are looking for a technical expert to build data workflows, validate
  financial data, and enforce data quality. Candidate will actively engineer
  data solutions, automate manual reporting, and query complex
  datasets to support the Insurance and Technology divisions.
  
  --- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
  1. Translate complex business requirements from Insurance
  stakeholders into technical specifications for data pipelines and
  automated workflows.
  2. Build and maintain data warehousing workflows and data pipelines
  using SQL and cloud database tools.
  3. Compile, compute, and validate insurance financial data using
  advanced statistical formulas and model calculations.
  4. Elaborate high-level policies and business needs into technical
  requirements (user stories/system use cases) to guide platform
  implementation.
  5. Execute data profiling, build exception reports, and manage
  metadata/lineage using governance platforms.
  6. Use technical expertise (Python/VBA/R) to automate data ingestion
  and reporting processes.
  
  IT Specialist
  Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
  Expert
  84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
  • 48 Months of Experience in Building and Maintaining Data Workflows and
  data pipelines using database tools, specifically translating business
  requirements into technical specifications.
  • 36 Months of Experience in Automating Data Ingestion and Reporting using
  programming languages such as Python, R, or Excel VBA.
  • 36 Months of Experience in Data Visualization utilizing PowerBI or Tableau.
  • 24 Months of Experience in cloud-based data platforms, preferably
  Snowflake.
  • 12 Months of Experience with MDM and Cataloging Platforms (e.g.,
  Informatica, Collibra, Alation) to execute data profiling and manage
  metadata/lineage.
  • 84 Months of experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, Data Governance,
  or Data Quality Assurance for Financial Reporting.
  • 84 Months of Experience in SQL and Relational Database Management
  Systems (RDBMS), including querying complex datasets.
  • 84 Months of Experience in Compiling, Computing, and Validating Financial
  Data using advanced statistical formulas and model calculations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics,
  Finance, or related field).
