      About the role:

      As an IT Strategy & Planning Intern, you will function as the internal Chief of Staff / Office of the CIO for the IT organization. You will work with Strategy & Planning leaders and team members to support analysis and coordination of projects that help IT operate to support the business. Approximately 85–90% of the experience will be within the Strategy & Planning Department, with 10–15% exposure to other IT teams to understand how strategy and governance translate into delivery.

      You will report to the Strategy & Planning Director and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Help with IT strategy research, documentation, and executive materials.
      • Support project and portfolio tracking, dashboards, and governance activities.
      • Help with IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
      • Contribute to onboarding, mentorship programs, skills documentation, and learning platform reporting.
      • Document processes and support operational excellence initiatives.
      • Shadow teams across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more.

      Qualifications:

      • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business, management, finance, HR, or a related field
      • Minimum GPA of 3.0
      • Completed Sophomore year of college
      • Familiarity with enterprise IT or large organizational environments
      • Experience creating presentations, reports, or dashboards
      • Experience in (or interest in learning) in the following Microsoft technologies: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Project Online, or Planner

      We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour.
