What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional IT support to internal users across a nationwide network of medical offices
- Serve as the first point of contact for support requests, documenting calls and resolutions
- Respond to and troubleshoot IT requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
- Install and configure hardware/software across various operating systems
- Ensure compliance with security standards and HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM)
- At least 2 years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, and deployment experience
- 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate network environment
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
