What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end analyses and drive adoption of insights across engineering and product teams
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards focused on software delivery and AI adoption
- Build visualizations and reports in DX and Power BI while validating data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decisions with data-backed insights
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding financial reporting and AI initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Data/BI Analyst leading high-impact initiatives end to end
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for validation and ad-hoc analysis; Python is optional
- Experience with Power BI and DX for creating complex dashboards
- Familiarity with software engineering metrics and financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing governance
- Experience with CI/CD telemetry and measuring AI-assisted development impact
- Advanced English language proficiency
