What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow all employer policies and procedures while completing mandatory compliance tasks
- Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments in accordance with approved compensation plans
- Prepare and distribute commission statements and summaries to sales representatives and management
- Investigate and resolve commission inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support reporting and analysis of sales performance and attainment metrics as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis, or compensation administration
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including lookups and formulas for calculating commission data
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales incentive compensation systems and ERP/CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP
- Familiarity with incentive compensation software like SAP (Callidus), Xactly, or Varicent
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
