- Create, adapt, and deliver internal presentations, visual assets, and institutional materials.
• Support the refinement and consistency of the brand’s visual identity.
• Apply layout fundamentals to produce clean, clear, and visually appealing materials. - Participate in brainstorms and contribute visual references and ideas.
• Collaborate with content, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure assets meet requirements and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with the Marketing team regarding priorities and delivery expectations. - Register and organize all design tasks, files, requests, and updates in Notion .
• Structure and maintain visual assets, templates, and documentation using SharePoint .
• Ensure version control, proper file naming, organized folders, and easy retrievability.
• Support the creation of a scalable, reusable internal asset library. - Ensure all materials follow branding guidelines.
• Review visual details (spacing, alignment, typography, color usage) to maintain quality.
• Apply feedback promptly and accurately. - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field (completed or in final semesters).
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, and brand identity.
• Ability to organize, structure, and standardize files across platforms.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration and version control.
• If located in Sao Paulo, availability to attend the office once per week. - Video editing skills in Adobe Premiere
- Basic animation skills using After Effects
- Familiarity with Figma for layout or component-based design
- Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organization.
• Ability to receive, process, and apply feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
• Reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines.

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our creative and marketing teams in developing internal presentations, brand graphics, and visual materials.
This role requires attention to detail, strong visual sensibility, organization, and willingness to learn continuously. You will collaborate with content, product, digital channels, and the regional marketing team to ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign needs.
