- Create, develop and execute talent attraction and branding strategies
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Marketing teams to define the profile of the ideal candidate and to align, fine tune and develop employer brand key messages
- Lead the end-to-end strategy for onboarding, including identifying new hire needs, designing innovative and high impact solutions to address these needs, and managing all content delivered to the new employees
- Actively shape the Company Culture by driving key traineeship initiatives including the Management Trainee Program and the Crew to Office Programs
- Maintain and continuously improve the training and learning portfolio including WIZZ Academy; responsibility over the e-learning platform
- Responsible for change and project management initiatives within the employer branding, onboarding and traineeship areas
- Owner of the HR Data Analytics across the Recruitment and Organization Development team – provide insights into important People trends, metrics and figures to help proactively drive the People’s projects
- Coordinate and continuously improve the organization of the existing Company’s loyalty programs (5, 10, 15 years)
- College or University degree
- Min. 3 years of HR experience preferably in Talent Management or Learning & Development, including international projects
- Proactive approach and out-of-the box thinking
- Efficient problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
- English fluency

The Learning & Talent Manager is a key role connecting the Recruitment and Organization Development initiatives and processes by being an employer brand advocate and culture promoter. The position holder is responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of scalable structures for onboarding, traineeship, and talent growth of all employees across the Company.
