What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Bring recurring events and content to life using existing tools and templates
- Support the iteration and improvement of live content under the guidance of senior designers
- Test content hands-on and collaborate with QA to ensure events are stable for launch
- Review event performance using data and dashboards to identify actionable improvements
- Propose enhancements to existing events based on data analysis and player feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology, or a related field, or 1+ years of experience working on live games
- Strong interest in and active engagement with free-to-play mobile games
- Proficiency in spreadsheet skills and comfort with structured data
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
- Curious and growth-oriented mindset, comfortable seeking feedback and learning through iteration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL queries and/or Looker is an asset
- Background in game design or related diploma is advantageous
