What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support day-to-day user administration tasks including user creation, role assignment, and password resets across various SAP environments
- Process user access requests using access management tools
- Perform role assignments and removals while adhering to segregation of duties and least-privilege principles
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot user access issues
- Maintain audit-compliant documentation and assist in user access reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience or relevant coursework/internship experience in SAP or any ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to accurately follow procedures and documentation
- Strong willingness to learn SAP security concepts and tools
- Ability to work autonomously with high ethical standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Internship or academic experience with SAP
- Basic understanding of IT general controls, SOX compliance, or audit concepts
- Exposure to SAP GUI & SAP Fiori
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy
- Familiarity with Cloud architectures (Azure, AWS)
