- Spend the day at our private lake
- Take ownership and be proud of the Lake Mary experience you provide
- Provide excellent “Plus One” service to our Villagers - White glove treatment while at Lake Mary
- Assist guest with paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, water trampolines
- Looking after homeowners making real connections
- Ensuring safety around the lake
- Ensuring the shores are clean and in immaculate condition
- Manage the cabin at Lake Mary
- Set up events
- Assist in other areas Village Services and around the resort as needed
- Opportunities to stay for the winter in Village Services or move around to other areas of the resort
- Experience with customer service
- Ability to carry 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle stressful situations
Spend your day at our private lake, Lake Mary atop majestic Donner Summit for our exclusive group of Homeowners. We are looking for energetic, guest centric, and adventurous individuals to join our team. Provide Sugar Bowl Resort Homeowners with elevated service, while demonstrating excellence, grace, and grit.

Pay $20/hour - $22/hour Dependent on Experience.
