What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison between design firms and field contractors to communicate design solutions
- Transform conceptual designs using CAD into working layout documents
- Assist in the development of conceptual plans and project budgets
- Produce layout drawings and corresponding equipment lists

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD
- Proficiency in CAD drafting skills; Bentley Microstation experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and standards related to retail design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CAD drawing file structures and standards
- Familiarity with project modeling and reference file management
- Understanding of retail design principles and applicable laws
