      SUMMARY:

      Under general supervision, provides analysis and programming to assist in the selection, implementation and ongoing support of application software, including all interfaces necessary to assure a high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, integrated information network which meet or exceeds customer needs. Regularly function as project coordinator for programming teams assigned to complex projects crossing multiple systems, platforms and affiliates.

      IT Team Lead Application Analyst- Diagnostic & Medical Imaging Systems

      Key Responsibilities
      • Serve as the team's lead application analyst for supporting Diagnostic and Medical Imaging systems, including:
        • Epic Radiant, Epic Cupid, Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, Powerscribe, and related ancillary applications.
      • Coordinate, manage, and execute system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle activities across supported platforms in a support and/or project manager role.
      • Ensure high availability, performance, and data integrity of imaging and diagnostic systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
      • Work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to align IT services with clinical workflows; lead and participate in workgroups to support project and optimization initiatives.
      • Maintain strong vendor relationships and collaborate on issue resolution, roadmap planning, and technology improvements.
      • Lead incident response for system outages or performance issues; conduct root cause analysis and drive follow-up remediation.
      • Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and workload coordination for analysts and engineers on the team.
      • Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture, workflows, processes, and support procedures.
      • Assist in ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FDA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements.
      • Contribute to planning activities related to system expansion, upgrades, and integration with other clinical technologies.


      Technical Skills & Knowledge
      • Familiarity of server architecture, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
      • Familiarity with cloud architectures and services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
      • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues in complex environments.
      • Working knowledge of IT security concepts such as encryption, identity and access control, and vulnerability management.
      • Understanding of ITIL principles and standard service management practices.
      • Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies for large imaging datasets (SAN, NAS, object storage).
      • Strong knowledge of interoperability standards including HL7, DICOM, FHIR, and IHE profiles.


      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

      BASIC KNOWLEDGE:
      Equivalent to Bachelor 's degree in computer sciences, business administration or related field. Combination of computer-related technical training and progressively more responsible information systems management responsibility may substitute for degree.
      EXPERIENCE:
      Five years progressively more responsible related experience in programming and systems design. Experience should demonstrate high level of written and oral communication skills, ability to effectively lead multi-disciplinary work teams assigned to complex projects. Demonstrates ability to solve complex business problems and follow through to completion, including knowledge of healthcare, technology and general business. Experience preferably gained in similarly complex environment.
      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
      None but regularly provides functional guidance to other application system staff on project basis.

      Pay Range:
      $95,264.00-$157,206.40
