- Provide stable and reliable data communications for all global company locations; Redundant, Resilient, Reliable and Secure network connectivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Telecom Analysts responsible for circuit provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and day-to-day telecom operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Oversee the lifecycle of all global telecom circuits, including procurement, provisioning, upgrades, disconnects, and renewals.
- Ensure proactive monitoring, incident response, and escalation for circuit outages and performance degradation.
- Maintain and optimize telecom inventory, documentation, and carrier records.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs for carrier service delivery and service restoration.
- 6+ years of experience in telecom, carrier circuit management, or enterprise network operations.
- 3+ years leading technical teams in operations, service delivery, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of telecom circuit types (MPLS, DIA, Broadband, LTE/5G, fiber, Ethernet services).
- Experience working with large telecom carriers and managed service providers.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in large multi-site retail or distributed enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and site connectivity architectures.
- Familiarity with telecom inventory systems, ticketing tools, and monitoring platforms.
- ITIL certification or experience in structured service management frameworks.
- Cameras must be on for all virtual interviews.

Overview

Foot Locker is seeking a Lead Telecom Analyst responsible for leading a global team of Telecom Analysts who manage and support connectivity for approximately 2,500 stores, offices, and distribution centers. This role oversees carrier circuit delivery, performance, availability, and lifecycle management across a diverse network environment. The Lead role ensures reliable, scalable, and cost optimized telecom services that enable business operations across all regions.
This leader will partner closely with Network Engineering, Store Operations, Vendors, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high quality WAN/Internet, Voice, and TV connectivity and rapid incident response. The ideal candidate is an experienced Telecom Expense leader with deep knowledge of telecom services, carrier ecosystems, and enterprise network environments.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $90,000-$120,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
