- Reporting to the development manager:
• Support a suite of existing applications
• Make both tactical / strategic changes to the established code base
• Provide status reports to a wide audience
• Liase with Developers/Business Analysts/Stakeholders within region, and in other regions. - Support the existing applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, or other numerate discipline
- Must know - Java 8/11, AWS , spring mvc, spring boot, hibernate, microservices, oracle DB, Jenkins & docker.
- AWS certification is a plus.

Strong technical expertise in Java 8 or above, collection framework, Concurrency, memory management etc.
• Experience designing, building and testing Java EE applications
• Microservices
• Rest APIs, WebAPI, API Gateway
• Cloud (AWS/GCP)
• CI/CD• Good knowledge of Spring, Spring boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Junit, Unix/Linux scripting skills.
• Good knowledge of DB (MS SQL Server / Oracle) and able to write complex DB queries
• Familiarity with Enterprise application Integration architectures and patterns
• Experience with DevOps ecosystem• Soft Skills: Good communication, worked in agile environment
- Experience with handling, incoming from different Upstream application; transforming data and distributed to various Downstream applications using different protocols and formats.
- Well versed with agile development environment and test-driven development mentality;
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in Investment Banking projects.
