What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the cybersecurity program by aligning activities with the company's security/compliance posture
- Own threat and vulnerability management, assessing risk across OT/IT/data environments
- Build scalable security operations and create frameworks to detect and quantify security events
- Lead compliance and posture management, administering CSPM platforms and advancing certifications
- Secure the ecosystem by establishing a Third-Party Cyber Risk Management program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience identifying vulnerabilities and delivering mitigation plans
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, or EC-Council
- Hands-on expertise in 2+ technical areas, including network security, cryptography, or vulnerability assessment
- Experience running audits and certification programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in production-ready coding environments in the energy trading or financial trading sector
- Solid understanding of national energy markets and renewable energy portfolios (e.g., PJM, ERCOT, SPP)
