Job Description
• Research and build lists of plumbing companies and property management companies
• Find and verify contact details (emails, names, etc.)
• Maintain and update a clean database
• Set up and manage email campaigns
• Send outbound marketing emails
• Track responses and organize leads
• Work directly with the owner on priorities
Skill Set
• Open to Filipinos only based in the Philippines • At least 2 years of experience relevant to the role • Strong research and data sourcing skills • Experience with email campaigns (setup and sending) • Good written English for professional emails • Basic technical skills (spreadsheets, email tools) • Organized and able to manage lead lists independentlyAbout the company
