What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive research to uncover user and customer insights in pilot programs
- Build personas, map user journeys, design flows, and create prototypes using cutting-edge tools
- Quickly build, test, and iterate prototypes with users and clients
- Lead end-to-end UX sprints from research to testing
- Establish clear routines for insight sharing with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Significant experience in UX/UI and UX research, ideally in both startups and larger organizations
- Strong technical skills in tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, or similar
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with a focus on visionary and opportunity-driven work
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel frequently to US pilot locations and for bi-annual international trips

- Demonstrated strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and collaborative inter-disciplinary environments
