      POSITION OVERVIEW : Lean Agile Coach POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Lean Agile Coach - Remote How You ll Help Us: As an Agile Coach, you will work with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the NTT DATA Business Agility Enablement team to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile practices across clients. You will primarily serve at the team level but will be expected to also inform and interact at all levels of organizations to partner at scale and create buy-in for change. The Agile Coach conveys the fundamentals of agility as presented taught and maintained by coaching stances in training, teaching, mentoring, modeling, facilitating, etc., Providing helpful written documentation in context on Agile practices, tools, and techniques are expected. This role is important to support our goal of returning the highest possible value to our businesses and our customers. Once You Are Here, You Will:

      During onboarding, you will connect with our BAE practice as your own NTT DATA support network. Establish collaborative partnerships with key players in change and guide them through their own Lean-Agile change journey. Per customer need, you may be asked to establish Lean-Agile Center of Enablement, inform on practice standards in customer context, and instruct practices needed for customer success in their lean-agile. transformation. Utilize industry best practices in context of the customer (better practices in context As an Agile Coach, you will interact and inform coaching planning at the Portfolio, Program as well as Team level. You may be responsible for looking after a team of teams, distributed and collaborating together as one delivery program (Agile Release Train, Cohort, Tribe, Unit, etc), depending on experience and comfort. May be wearing many hats as you step into mentor and modeler stances and perform or role-play various agile product team roles, including Scrum Master, BA, QA, PO, etc., as helpful.

      Required Qualifications:

      10+ years experience across a full development life cycle at leadership level responsibilities. 5+ years experience in customer facing interactions where you partnered with stakeholders to guide them through Lean-Agile adoptions. 5+ years experience comprehending compelling reasons for change and sense of urgency, 5+ years experience capturing, understanding, and reliably conveying direct business needs and guiding the solutioning of complex problems. 5 + years competency of agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile Certification required. Bachelor s degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
