What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee US Disability & Leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Create and update benefit policies and related program documentation
- Collaborate with the HR Call Center for training on new benefit programs and managing escalations
- Develop proposals for new or updated benefits and create training materials
- Lead RFPs and new vendor implementations for various US benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing disability and leave programs
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state disability/leave regulations
- Proven project management and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Previous involvement in mergers & acquisitions related analysis
