What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage client communications
- Draft and respond to correspondence with clients and legal professionals
- Schedule, calendar, and track deadlines for various cases
- Conduct client intake interviews and maintain client files and documents
- Provide general administrative support, including assistance with pleadings and case preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of family law or litigation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Close attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing high-volume email communications
- Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
