      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Edit content for AILA books and compilations to ensure legal accuracy and adherence to in-house conventions
      - Layout and format final files for print, eBook, and online database production
      - Plan contents of publications and recruit authors and contributors
      - Manage production timelines and serve as a liaison with stakeholders
      - Assist with education and marketing efforts related to AILA Publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - J.D. degree required
      - Three years of experience in legal writing and/or legal practice
      - Experience in immigration law preferred
      - Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills
      - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Legal publishing experience is a plus
