      Are you passionate about Contract Management and Tax? Are you eager to learn more about how one of Denmark’s biggest industrial players engages with Transfer Pricing and Contracts ? Then you could be our next student worker.

      Danfoss Group Transfer Pricing is looking for a new student worker for our legal area. Our team is located all around the world. We can promise you great learnings in contract management processes, contract drafting, tax, great colleagues, and the chance to work with some important topics for one of Denmark’s largest industrial players.

      Job Responsibilities

      In general, tasks would include:

      • Assist in the intercompany contract process
      • Coordinate signature of intercompany contracts, both electronic and physical
      • Assist in the administration of the intercompany contract database
      • Administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis (e.g. with paperwork, business letters, managing information and uploading data on the internal share point site, etc.)
      • Assist our colleagues in the Group Transfer Pricing team

      Background & Skills

      Currently a student in Law or Commercial Law, or similar. We would prefer if you have at least a year or more left before you graduate.

      • An interest in tax and transfer pricing topics with a desire to develop an approach to business – relevant prior experience is very welcome.
      • A problem-solver with a can-do attitude, organizational skills and ability to manage time and projects.
      • Curious mindset, with a strong motivation to explore new and technical topics.
      • Excellent verbal and written English skills with an eye for detail. Danish skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite.
      • Detail oriented – we have a right-first-time mindset. Attention to detail in the contract preparation, contract management process and related projects are crucial.
      • A team player who can also work independently and excels at prioritizing and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks.

      Average working hours per week: 15 hours up to a maximum of 20 hours.
