What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls only, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate health coverage
- Guide customers through plan comparisons and enrollments
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance goals
- Assist clients with Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans (for Medicare Sales Agents)
- Help clients through health plan enrollments and subsidy eligibility (for ACA Sales Agents)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active health insurance license in at least 5 states
- Prior sales experience in either Medicare or ACA health plans
- Tech-savvy with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable home office setup (computer, headset, internet)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed in multiple states, with a preference for licenses in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MO, OH, TX, VA
- Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment
