      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies
      - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate insurance policy that meets their needs
      - Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies while delivering high-quality service
      - Maintain accurate customer information and respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, and claims
      - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License
      - Previous call center experience is preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
      - Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base
      - Strong sales skills to promote various insurance products effectively
