What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell pet insurance policies through inside sales
- Manage over 100 daily tasks, including 70% outbound and 30% inbound calls
- Overcome objections and ask for the sale from prospective customers
- Participate in live chat functions with customers
- Organize daily follow-up tasks and obtain customer feedback to improve services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in P&C insurance sales
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
- Self-motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
- Well-organized with superior time management skills
- Ability to educate customers about pet insurance and its value
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Veterinary Technician experience
- Bilingual skills
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or insurance sales
- A resident P&C license (preferred but not required, as the employer will pay for licensing)
